Just had Avast! quarantine ArgusTV.Recorder.exe claiming that it is suspected of infection with the Win32:Evo-gen virus
Unfortunately Avasts "add the file to the scan exclusion list" option seems to do absolutely nothing, so I've had to disable the file system and behaviour shields.
Only lost a couple of recordings, but nothing too important fortunately

To avoid further troubles for others, you could contact Avast and choose subject/topic: "Report false virus alert in file".

I have already reported it as a false positive, but not sure if the automatic method works.

You can fix it, or you can fix it until it's broken. I usually choose the latter.
