Thank you both for helping to clarify its use.

Although I love constantly tinkering with my server, it does seem that I should definitely just stick with Windows as the main OS, given the circumstances - in my case, if it ain't broke, I am not going to try and fix it.

Interesting to consider/learn about all the options though.
