DVB-S USB hardware advice

With PBS America now on Freesat I'd like to add a single sat tuner to my 4 tuner DVB-T2 PCI card.

Anyone have any experience using a Compro S700 or one of the cheap generic Chinese USB boxes with Argus? £30 is about the max I want to spend so options are limited. Anything else that would fit the bill?
