New user - I can get TV working fine - until add EPG

I have used TV Guide Importer and mc2xml. Both bring in the guide perfect. Once that happens the tuner card becomes locked.

All channels in the live schedule become grayed out. Error message is "no Free tuner available".

I've tried to read through the logs- not sure if I'm looking at the correct logs or not.

Welcome to the forums, sorry for the delay.

Your problem is service mapping.
Because you are getting the guide via an xml file, channels will be created automatically when it is imported.

Fixing this should be pretty simple.
Open the Scheduler Console>Channels, and delete ALL channels
Import your guide data as normal. This will create channels that match the guide data.
Open the Recorder Console>Services, and map each service to the correct channel.
