2012 Windows Update broke Argus

I accidentally allowed my 2012 server to run windows update and reboot.
On restart, Argus no long worked, and the following type of message was evident in the recorder logs every time it tried to tune:

[Info ][Graph]: Tuning to 648500 7MHz RateNotDefined ModNotSet
[Debug][Graph]: Starting graph
[Info ][Graph]: Signal locked, quality: 100%, strength: 80
[Debug][Graph]: Looking for service 0x0638 for ELEVEN...
[Error][Graph]: Service was not found
[Debug][Graph]: Stopping graph

Rerunning the BDA installed package fixed the problem. Obviously windows update over-wrote something or removed somthing.
