Digital Devices Cine C2T2 V7 'Signal not locked!' on Tuner 1

Hi,

I've switched from my old system

• AsRock Vision 3D
  2 * USB Pinnacle TV Tuner
  Windows 8.1 x64

to a brand new self assembled system

• MSI Z87-G43
  Digital Devices Cine C2T2 V7 ( Driver 2.6.0.108 )
  Windows 8.1 x64

I had no problems restoring the old SQL ARGUS-TV Database / ArgusTV.Recorder.db. So I was able to transfer the whole state from the old system to the new system, so far so good

I was even able to map the services working on the old USB Tuners to the new C2T2 V7 card, but that's when several hours of trial and error started

While the services are working like a charm on Digital Devices DVB-C/C2 Tuner 2 (Signal locked, quality: 100%, strength: 31000)

Things I've already tried without success

• Set up ARGUS completely from scratch and scanned all channels, tuning failed on the found channels
  Changed the PCIe Slot on the motherboard, actually I've got two where the card does fit
  Running around screaming and waving my hands

I've contacted the Digital Devices support. They will replace the card.

In case you're facing the same issue don't spend too much time trying to solve it on your own like I did.

Update: The replacement unit works like a charm!
