Windows 10 - SMB Share for Recorded TV

Has anyone figured out a way to set up an SMB Share for the Recorded TV folder under Windows 10?

This works fine under Windows 7 but with Windows 10, Microsoft has removed the ability to access SMB shares without user credentials...

I've read that you need to use local accounts rather than MS accounts to log on to the Windows 10 PCs.

Can Agree - I have it working under Win 10 without problem, but have always used a local "ArgusTV" account I created specifically to run the services and access the shares
