Combine split program

Some channels split programs into multiple parts. For example, a 10 minute news bulletin interruption halfway during a movie. The interruption is distinguished in the EPG so both parts of the main/real recording have to be scheduled and this results in 2 part files instead of a whole.

A user definable duration (usually 10-15 minutes) to consider as a single recording programs split like this would be good. Cutting out the interruption program from the recording could be an extra, although for me it wouldn't be necessary.
