More info in Notifier

Configurable options to display more info in Notifier.

- Last recorded (this appears once as a balloon then disappears- would be nice to bave ability to make it "permanent" like "next recording")

- Time since last sleep (resume), time to next sleep, total uptime. Argus isn't the only source for this info but it makes sense checking clients easier and even with other frontends like MP where the power related plugins are disabled as they clash.
