simple Schedule conflict suggestion

Some programs air more than once.
Whenever there is a scheduling conflict between two programs then the program that will air again later in the day/week should be put off.

Preferably if one of the program does not air again than that program should be recorded, the other one can than be recorded at a later time.

The option to only record new episodes doesn't work that good with current epg info that I receive, otherwise that option should perform this trick
