Hi,
Is there any way to get the Schedule Console on a web browser, rather than having to install it to a machine running Windows?
I am trying to get my other half to start using Argus properly but she will not like having to switch on our laptop each time.
The android plugin does not seem to work but a browser version on her tablet or phone would definitely be a suitable alternative.

Re: Schedule Console in a web browser
Hi Tompa,
I was under the impression that this only worked with Windows computers, but it does seem it works with any device with a browser - this is a really exciting development for me but I could not get it to work.
I typed in http://192.168.1.10:42080 in the browser of my Android tablet, but unfortunately it said that it failed to connect.
I have no idea whether this is a firewall issue or a wrong setting issue.
Is there any way I might be able to check?

Re: Schedule Console in a web browser
This is very embarrassing!
I assumed that you had to change these settings on the machine from which you wanted to open scheduler and not the server itself.
If I am running a Windows 10 Server, I assume that I have to make these changes first.
I am still not sure what the difference is between these two:
http://localhost:42080 (in case of a Cassini installation – the default)
http://localhost/ArgusTV.WebAccess (in case you installed on an existing IIS)
Which should I be typing into the URL?

Glad you got it working
In some browsers you can use computer name to access, i.e. pcname:42080 (if network allows).
