Yes, it works on Android systems. Just read just the first bigger issue described there. Android is a LinuX-based OS. Especially what you have to prepare within Kodi with the file manager. Watch out especially also capitals in folder names which are disregarded within Win, but not witthin Android, etc.
You should find the solution in this paragraph - nearly all did come along to make it run. And if we can ameliorate the description, let me know, please.

Note kodi now has support for showing timeshifting buffer info which is the first noticeable API change in a while really....would be good to see this shown by Argus.
Also, many PVR clients can deal with the play-while-recording scenaro without difficulty, support for this in Argus would be awesome too (i.e. detecting the changing endpoints during playback...)
