Hi,

I would like to start Nickelodeon Jr. for my daughter on her tablet.
I can create a shortcut on her tablet (within her child environment).

I am unable to find documentation on what URL I should use to open a specific stream.

I can open the rtsp live stream one it's been started from the scheduler console, but that is not what I want.

Any help appreciated.

Accessing a specific URL does not prompt the server to tune to a channel.

Maybe you could configure Kodi with a limited Channel List or something like that.

If you go by URL, as far as my limited knowledge goes, the used tuner is a part of the url and if you tune to a different channel, the url does not change.

I already went that route... it works, but it's a lot of software for such a small feature that I want.
But I guess no other choice.

You can try Argus TV HD for Android.

Klicking a Channel name starts Livestreaming from the server and launches a Videoplayer.

But I assume full access to all channels inside the epg ready to start recordings is not intended.

There is the REST Api, but as far as I can tell, you would have to call every 30 secs to keep the live stream up.
