Since Broadcaster KabelBW update channel sixx is missing

Post by MicF » Thu Apr 17, 2014 9:01 pm

Hi,

KabelBW updated their setup in April 2014.
Since then all recordings for sixx fail.

A rescan doesn't find sixx anymore.

Could anybody provide me with a corrected kabelBW XML?

Thanks
Mic

Hi,
I have the same Problem.

The channel is now on
S02 // 114 Mhz // Modulation: 256 QAM // Symbolrate: 6,900 // Tsid: 161 // Onid: 9999

When I make a scan with this Settings my SilconDust device can find the channel.
<transponder frequency="114000000" symbol_rate="6900000" fec_inner="0" modulation="3"/>

But my DigitalDevice tuner doesn't find anything on this frequency. When I map the channel to DigitalDevice it is not able to tune to this channel.

Mediaportal Tuner is working but I have some issues with CAM.

I can make log files, everything you Need.

I guess 5 would be the correct modulation for QAM 256.

After I found out it was on frequency 114kHz I added all modulations in the cable.xml one of them worked.
If you are right, that it is the 256 try 5.

Ok THX, that was my fault.
It's interesting that my SiliconDust found the channel with the wrong modulation.

Thx

Can I at least manually enter code into the MySQL database so I can manually add this channel and stop using both pieces of software unnecessarily?

EDIT: I attempted to do this by changing PID 10 to 11 but it kept refusing to tune to that channel.

I am totally out of ideas on this, mainly because I don't even understand why it can't find the channel to begin with.
